Today, mel and I completed our qualifying swims so we can take part in a relay swim in 2025. This consisted of a 1.5 swim 1-hour break and a 1-hour swim. The water temp was 13.5c/56.3f. In just our speedos/suits. No gloves or shoes.

Learn to swim 2024. We are continuing our learn to swim through out 2024. Lessons will be held at the King Alfred Swimming Pool on Saturdays 17.00 and 18.00 A dedicated lane will be reserved for the lessons which will have a designated Swimming Coach. DM for more info
