"From the 'Lord Supreme' of the big man alliance, I salute you."

Hating a player who won 2 playoff games without Joel Embiid, had 2 40-point games with game winners against the Boston Celtics, mentored Tyrese Maxey, and helped stamp Embiid’s MVP should not be hated by the fanbase.

Game Sevens from Tobias and Harden today. Potentially an insane hate watch on the horizon.

It needs to be studied or put in a documentary one day the work between Joel Embiid & @DrewHanlen
The man picked up a basketball at 16 and is one of the most skilled players in NBA history
on full display last night in the Boston Garden. Good heavens Joel. All time performance

Sheed, Prince, Wallace, Halmiton and Billups were DIFFERENT! They are one the Best Defensive Teams in NBA History.
Hoop Central@TheHoopCentral
The Pistons’ odds to win the East have plummeted to 11% - they were as high as 27% in February, best in the NBA. Detroit has not won a playoff series since 2008, when they coincidentally defeated the Orlando Magic in the 2nd round.

NBA teams were 1713-1 when leading by 6 or more in the last 30 sec of regulation in the playoffs in the last 29 years.
They are now 1713-2. Rockets are the 2nd team in 29 years to blow a 6+ point lead in the final 30 seconds of regulation, joining the 2024 Knicks.

THE MOST IMPOSSIBLE MELTDOWN. THIS WAS MATHEMATICALLY OVER.

If you’re not a Philly fan, you’ll never get it…
If you give everything, you’ll be loved forever. Iverson is the perfect example - He never won anything but gave absolutely everything he had. Embiid is the same. Dude has played through more injuries than anyone. We love that.
Jacob@JacobUnbeatable
I really don’t understand why Sixers fans ride so hard for Embiid still. I really don’t get it. They’re a typically ruthless fan base and it just blows my mind they haven’t turned on him at all, but instead double and triple down on him despite the lack of team success with him.

Paul George is about to redeem himself.
PG looked like a shell of himself when he signed with the Sixers.
His numbers went down.
He was always in and out of the lineup.
The 25-game suspension just added fuel to the noise.
With no timetable on Joel Embiid's return, the Sixers needed someone aside from Tyrese Maxey to carry the scoring load heading into the postseason.
Instead of treating PG as the next Tobias Harris, Nick Nurse let PG be PG.
And the results speak for themselves.
Since the suspension, George has improved his overall numbers and is doing it at a much more efficient pace:
🔹21.0 PPG
🔹5.7 RPG
🔹3.3 APG
🔹47.2% FG
🔹41.5% 3PT
Last night, he showed exactly why he was worth the $200 million price tag.
Playoff P is back 🔥
