على الطاري البعض يحسب ان نظام العبيد في الاسلام هو نفسه اللي نشوفه في الأفلام الغربية وكيف انه فيه واحد معاه سوط ويضربهم ويهينهم الخ فيحسب ان واقعهم هو نفسه اللي أمر فيه الإسلام لكن الموضوع مختلف تماما يعني مثلا من الفروقات عادي وطبيعي عندهم تضرب المملوك بينما في الإسلام ما يجوز تضرب المملوك، ولو ضربته فالكفارة انك تعتقه قال ﷺ: (مَن لَطَمَ مَمْلُوكَهُ، أَوْ ضَرَبَهُ، فَكَفَّارَتُهُ أَنْ يُعْتِقَهُ) أو مثلا عندهم المملوك يأكل ويلبس من أسوأ شيء ويكلف بأعمال فوق طاقته، لكن في الإسلام الأمر مختلف قال ﷺ: (هُم إخوانُكم خَوَلُكم، جَعَلَهم اللهُ تحت أيْديكم، فمَن كان أخُوه تحت يَدِه فلْيُطعِمْه ممَّا يَأكُلُ، ويُلبِسْه ممَّا يَلبَسُ، ولا تُكلِّفوهم ما يَغلِبُهم، فإنْ كَلَّفتُموهم فأعينُوهم، ومَن لم يُلائِمْكم منهم فبِيعوهم، ولا تُعذِّبوا خَلْقَ الله) ومن الأمور العجيبة اللي ما تلقاها في أي نظام سابق انه المملوك إذا كان فيه خير وصلاح وطلب من سيده انه يكاتبه (يشتري نفسه) فواجب على السيد انه يقبل ويعينه بالمال، قال تعالى: {وَالَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا ۖ وَآتُوهُم مِّن مَّالِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي آتَاكُمْ} أو مثل انه ما يجوز للسيد التفريق بين الأم و ولدها قال ﷺ: (من فرق بين والدة وولدها، فرق الله بينه وبين أحبته يوم القيامة) وأيضا النهي عن قول عبدي وأمتي قال ﷺ: (ولا يَقُلْ أحَدُكُمْ: عَبْدِي، أَمَتِي، ولْيَقُلْ: فَتايَ، وفَتاتي، وغُلامِي) هذا غير ان لهم حق التقاضي وحق النفقة على علاجهم وحصر باب الرق في الجهاد الخ من الأمور اللي ما كانت تصير في العالم عشان كذا لما جاء موضوع تحرير العبيد ما كان عندنا أي مشكلة عكس الأمريكان اللي صارت بينهم حروب وحتى بعد ما أنتهت الحرب العنصرية ما زالت موجودة لدرجة ان الأسود عندهم ما كان يأكل من مطاعمهم أو يستخدم حماماتهم الصدق اني ودي أكمل بس أغلبنا مصابين بتعفن دماغي فما أظن أحد مهتم يقرأ كلامي ذا كله
