💷 @educationgovuk has announced its long awaited plans for teacher pay from September 2022. Experienced teachers are set to get a bigger pay rise than originally planned but the DfE could still face industrial action from heads & teachers. Here’s everything you need to know👇

Overdale Summer Fete 2022 - what an amazing day! Thank you to: those who attended, our helpers, our performers, everyone who gave donations, companies providing raffle prizes, the schools and staff for their support and those "behind the scenes" who made it happen!

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to help at the fete on the day and preparing the day before. 🙌 Sophie (our Fete Manager) will be in touch with you early next week to confirm times and stall details. 😀

Not long to go to the Summer Fete 🤩 Balls for Ball Tombola = ✅ Don't forget to bring in: 1. Your cup surprise by the 23rd of June 2. Your donations of bottles, cakes, soft toys, second hand toys, books and plants in on the 24th of June!

🪴🍀 Summer Fete request 🍀🪴 If you and/or family members have any extra seedlings and small plants - please donate them to the Summer Fete for our plant sale stall. All donations can be taken to the Junior School Hall on the morning of Friday 24th June. Thank you!

We are so pleased with the turnout and support yesterday for Frozen Friday - it was a sell out! We will make sure we get more lollies for next time! Also, a big thank you to our lovely Year 6s and parents who were selling the lollies.

Summer Fete 25th June - Helpers still needed! We are still looking for volunteers to help us run stalls on the day (second shift) and tidying up afterwards. If you could spare some time, please let us know by returning your slip or by emailing overdalepa@gmail.com. Thank you!
