Make no mistake.
The new antisemitism is about depicting Jews (fine, Israelis) as the new Nazis. Because nothing is off-limits when it comes to fighting Nazis. No redemption, no saving grace. They’re not human, they’re evil monsters. Who have no rights. Whom all good people must fight to the death.
And if the Jews are the new Nazis, you make people think: maybe the original ones were right? Maybe they should have finished the job and spared us this? And if the Nazis didn’t finish the job—maybe we should?
These are the implications of the malicious campaign we are witnessing to paint Jews as hellbent on genocide, and we must not allow it to win.
