I think VAR needs more education cos watching the VARs conversation with the ref during the West Ham vs. Arsenal incident & they were telling the ref there was no foul on Raya. They have the privilege of watching it multiple times even in slow motion & they didn't see a foul even the Tobido's pull on Raya's shirt? They must not mess up the World Cup.
