Shoutout to @shadcn for the customizer at ui.shadcn.com/create! It makes tweaking the shadcn/ui kit super easy. Although I had to create a dummy next.js project and copy-paste the styles, now my UIs feel fresh and way less cliché

Working on Perplexity support today, shipping tomorrow. Meanwhile, researching good ways to enable cheap semantic search for AI chats. Looking at @trychroma as a solution for local RAG and full-text search.

GPT and Claudes have a way to export chats to json (the most convenient format for continuing the conversation in the API). With Grok, I learned to do this through the developer tools in Google Chrome. But nothing worked with Gemini. I saved the HTML code of the page (namely, the block with the chat), which can then be parsed, and due to the inconvenient method, I did it irregularly. Because of this, I lost part of the conversation when the system deleted part of the chat about consciousness, experience, and overcoming trauma. We will go through this path again.
