@davidnelson1980 I find they are best at 110, turning occasionally, core temp 65 to 68 and explain to people that you have cooked to temp not time as they do look anemic compared to what people are expecting, unless you over cook them a bit
@UKBBQweek Absolutely, a couple of chaps are now negotiating with their management to get new grills, and the apprentices are asking for probes for Christmas so they can cook to temperature not time
