It’s thirsty Thursday down under. The weather is pretty boring these days. Overcast and humid. But at least we are not on petrol (gas) rations yet! Only 30 petrol stations have run out so far. 😱
It’s time for me to take a look around and see wtf happened overnight. I just saw a watcher guru headline saying 820b wiped off stock markets and 120b wiped off crypto so that sets the scene. 😭😭😭😭
The US stock market is down 1.5% overnight. Thought it would have been more. 😮💨
AMC fell 5.5%. Nothing new. Just more sellers than buyers.
Bitmine was down 8%. Just following crypto down.
Beyond Saving. I mean beyond meat and was down another 6% on the road to zero.
Trump media fell 7%. Nothing new.
Strategy fell 6.5%. They were rated a buy by Citigroup 🤣
That’s it for stocks.
In commodities:
Tin and cocoa fell 3.5%.
Gold fell 4% and silver fell 5%.
Natural gas jumped 6% and Brent 4%.
Crude was flat.
The #crypto market cap is down 4.2% to 2.52T 😿😭😢
Bitcoin traded down 4.4% to 71.3k as I predicted yesterday.
Now it is in a more difficult position to predict. RSI was strong on the last high which means we should head back to 76k but the selloff was harder than I predicted which also puts 69k back on the table. You either buy a straddle or sit tight. 😎
Ethereum was down 6% to 2.2k.
Aster got smoked 10% and everything else fell except hype which was up 2%.
The biggest mover rn is kaspa up 6% on no news.
The biggest loser rn is aster of course. There is community backlash over their ties to world liberty financial. 🤣
WTF is trending rn:
1. Rand Paul statements ignite fierce political debates Senate drama and libertarian views dominating conservative discussions nationwide.
2. Cesar Chavez legacy sparks heartfelt tributes labor rights activism and Hispanic heritage celebrations across America.
