Very interesting study of immune system variation by Gene x Environment interactions

@BrodinPetter @NatImmunol @LokePng @Grahammunology @ae_downie Thank you Petter. I found your 2015 paper super interesting while preparing this manuscript as well. Seems there is more to be uncovered as regards how environment and genetics can influence the immune system and hopefully these new environmental/dirty mice system can help us.

New paper out with @Oyeb2003 @Grahammunology @LokePng and others! We show that genotype x environment effects are a substantial contributor to variation in immune phenotypes in mice – the differences between strains depend strongly on the environment!
