PRESS STATEMENT ON THE MISBEHAVIOUR OF FORMER STAFF ODUWOLE TOYIN ON SOCIAL MEDIA The attention of the management of Oyo Pacesetter Transport Services, Eleyele, Ibadan, has been drawn to various derogatory posts made against our company and its management on social media

It is important to clarify that while Oyo Pacesetter Transport Services Limited is a parastatal of the state government and there is no political intervention in its day-to-day operations. As a company, the management is considering further official actions,

8. Acts of insubordination towards his superiors. 9. Disclosing confidential information concerning the affairs of the company to unauthorized persons. 10. Acts of fraud and dishonesty in the discharge of his duties to the company.

6. Extortion and intimidation of artisans contracted to work with the company, demanding tips in exchange for not sabotaging their efforts. (which led to his transfer from special duties unit) 7. Absconding from duty without proper approval.

4. Deliberate destruction of company’s assets just to request money from the company for repairs (while in the special duties unit) 5. Conniving with artisans to defraud the company

for re-absorption: 1. Consumption of alcohol during official hours which he was queried for 2. Verbal assault of the Chief Driver which he was queried for 3. Use of a fake certificate to gain employment with evidence

following his lawful dismissal. To set the record straight and provide the public with the facts he is omitting, we have detailed ten (10) of the many documented offences from his official personnel file that led his inability to make it to the list of employees considered
