Kenyans, we are special. We actually had the president come online and engage real people. He listened there akisomewa? He was told the truth of how he doesn’t have empathy or even how he lies. Not even Americans have done this to their President. What we did doesn’t happen in Tanzania, Nigeria, Egypt or Chad. You can’t imagine it even in most of the most developed countries. We are special. We need to appreciate ourselves for this. Remember, it’s not only politicians who are trying to make your their stooges. Even your “comrades” would not want you to leave their nest. They don’t want you free. Even a good number of the civil society organisations are the most corrupt and poorly managed. Be free in thought and engagement. Also, be ready to listen and engage those who disagree with you. Don’t live in echo chamber. Don’t limit yourself.
