@OzarkaSpringWtr I have not been able to find the ozarka sparkling water lime/lemon/berry in my area in the last month. Did you discontinue the sparkling water? I cant even find it online. Please bring this back. I normally buy this water by the case. Please help

So @OzarkaSpringWtr every time I go to get water, it’s this…how about shifting that spout up just a bit so it doesn’t hit the shelf ledge and cause the spout to unseat causing a leak

@OzarkaSpringWtr something wrong with one of my packages of water. Taste different, had to throw them all out. 40 pack from Costcos.

@OzarkaSpringWtr The plastic on your 40 packs of Costco waters suck!!!! Please speak with Costco and get them to show you the thickness they use on the Kirkland brand 40 pack they never rip while carrying while every single one of your 40 packs fall apart it’s a damn nightmare to carry

@OzarkaSpringWtr I’ve been buying your 2.5 Gal water jugs for a long time and have had more damage caused by the spout and leaking. Why??

@OzarkaSpringWtr please fix your 2.5 gallon jugs everyone I get Leaks completely ruined my counter top from it just leaking so now I have to replace my counter top and keep putting the jugs I get from yall in containers so I don't have water every were

@shawmanator The rPET plastic used to make some of our bottles may have an off color appearance. This is a processing issue we continue to work on improving with both our rPET suppliers and our internal controls. We assure you this does not affect the quality in any way.

@OzarkaSpringWtr I’ve looked at it further, can you confirm that your “100% recycled plastic” bottles have a brown tint to them? It appears to be the plastic not the water. Can you confirm?
