@P3RC0C3TZ I don’t see any wonderkid ready in the academy and our other attacking options are Delap and Guiu, which I won’t even get into. I’m not blaming any coach or formation as long as the board and owners exist or stop getting too hands on instead of letting a coach manage the team

@P3RC0C3TZ Why are we acting like the academy has a Rio level talent that’s ready now. I’m all for youth, but the board clearly prioritises young players they bought and sees them as investments. They want to sell them in the offseason so of course they’ll showcase them first

@withba9ge First of all, the coaching licence is overblown (they are all useless anyway) but if you knew anything about them you’d know only difference between A Licence and Pro Licence is the pro licence is about handling media, player relationships etc - it’s nothing tactical

@P3RC0C3TZ Once again, the coach doesn’t even have a coaching license, and most lineup decisions come from the owners and board. Maresca dealt with that in his first season, was fighting for final say + had no input in the summer transfers, that’s basically why he resigned
