@chevychevelle48 The Body shop I used to work for had their tow truck painted like Harvick’s 2003 Goodwrench scheme. They’ve since completely redone the truck and now it’s just black with neon green text…sad.

I remember when the whole truck used to be a NASCAR reference.....

Headed home from Nashville after a LONG weekend with the @CARSTour. I feel like the race was a good success. We loaded up a lot of clean racecars at the end of the night. I spoke with several competitors that hoped we would return for another race so that's exciting. Nashville Fairgrounds is a special place. I know there's a lot of challenges ahead for that facility but there is zero doubt after last night that the racing community there is as strong as ever. Im still very optimistic that the tracks future is secure. Ive no inside knowledge, but when you are there on the property you realize that anyone who walks that same ground cant help but acknowledge the history and the potential. Appreciate anyone who came out to the race or viewed it on @FloRacing. Big thanks to our competitors for making the trip, and the new teams that joined us. On to the next one! Caraway Speedway April 25th.

@ArchivesDe A chunk of Darlington Raceway during the repave in the late 2000s. I grew up there. I used to work there. My parents stopped by and asked the people I worked with in the ticket office if they could have one for me, and I received it for Christmas that year

There has been a lot of posts and talks on podcasts lately about NASCAR collections, so let’s start something like that here; only instead of showing us your whole collection, show us one thing in your collection you’d never part with. It could be a diecast, an autographed hero car, a piece of sheetmetal, a T-shirt, whatever. And tell us the story as to why that is the one ‘special’ item in your collection. I’ve got a few items that I know I would never get rid of, but this hat is one for sure I’m keeping simply because I believe it is the only one of its kind in existence - a signed BME hat that is 40 yrs old and is still like new.
