What does that last sentence have to do with anything well everyone with a switch 2 or who wanted one damn near, went out to get that game in support.
Also, there was a crazy deal where summer pump is only like $15 on the switch. I think that contributed to a lot of sales.

Although I believe this statement is very true, and I am big on blaming game pass for a lot of things wrong with gaming sales and Xbox
The switch is a Nintendo system. It can be used in two fashions. Cyberpunk 2077 is completely on that cartridge iirc.

It isn't a competition, but it is no wonder why a lot of developers aren't interested in developing games for Xbox. Most of the Xbox fanbase doesn't buy games. Microsoft made them get used to waiting for games to hit Game Pass.
