Q: Why do you use social media to explain weather-related decisions? Is that necessary? Seems like overkill to me. A: In today’s world, context matters. When people don’t have information, they fill in the blanks with their own narrative. By communicating proactively and in real time, we build trust, reduce confusion, and help our community understand why decisions are made.
