However shocking the tv expose on NHS A&E care was, it's nothing compared to the statement released by NHS Everyone who works in A&E knows what was exposed is the devastating reality repeated up and down the country. Key NHS national decision makers are either lying because of political pressure or even worse do not see the reality because of the disconnect from nhs board to the a&e floor For things to change nhs leaders need to own the awful reality rather than gas light us all. That the only way in the future, we can provide the care our patients deserve
