Pennsylvania has one of the most impactful education partnerships in the country. The EITC/OSTC programs give businesses the opportunity to redirect a portion of their state tax liability to fund scholarships for students who need it most. Instead of sending money to Harrisburg, companies can invest directly in our students, helping them access better educational opportunities that fit their needs.
