Still can't believe how a 1.x standard character managed to upscale mulani to 143k from 90k dps! £;_:£-

was pretty much expecting this the moment i saw the set but now we have the calcs to confirm that mualani is just getting another big upscale. mona c4 is kind of a scam cause of crit rate overcap but even if you get none of the value it'll only be like 10k dps less
