Outage update: Power was restored for all customers around 6pm. Thank you for your patience as crews worked to troubleshoot & make repairs. The cause was due to a primary conductor lost due to equipment failure. @cityofpaloalto

There is currently a power outage affecting about 1,784 customers in the Midtown, Old Palo Alto, Southgate, Evergreen Park, and Ventura neighborhoods. Our crews have been dispatched and are on their way to find the cause and restore power.
