@modikelaida95 ,thanks for getting in touch. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Was the PAXI bag opened or sealed with any tape? Please provide us with the parcel tracking number ,the pictures of the bag and the description of the missing items. The PAXI Team.

I dropped @PAXIparcel at pep store on the 11th of January. The parcel was delivered only to find out that there are missing items in that Parcel. I tried to contact paxi agents they telling me same stories "we are waiting for feedback" as am also waiting for feedback from them.

@PAXIparcel Yall take way too long to deliver, 7-9 days ends up being two weeks. It's not good for small business owners who use your services.
