You’re watching governors you elect neglect projects and chasing political alignments, yet all the focus shifts to President Tinubu and Seyi Tinubu as the problem. The reality is, governance starts closest to the people. If local governments are now receiving funds more directly, then accountability shouldn’t stop at the top, it should intensify at the grassroots. Those handling the resources on ground must be held responsible for what the people can see and feel every day. Channel the energy where it truly counts, towards those failing to deliver despite having the means. That’s how real change happens. Nigerians wake up !

The debate over the cost of living between Nigeria and Ghana continues to spark discussions online, but the reality is a bit mixed. On average, Nigeria is generally considered cheaper than Ghana when it comes to everyday expenses such as food, groceries, and dining out. This is why many people argue that living in Nigeria costs less overall. Some estimates say Nigeria’s cost of living is about 38–42% lower than Ghana’s when rent and basic expenses are included. However, average salaries in Nigeria are also significantly lower, meaning many residents still struggle with affordability despite the lower prices. Another major factor is inflation. While Ghana’s inflation has recently shown signs of stabilizing, Nigeria continues to deal with higher inflation and currency pressures, which affect the purchasing power of its citizens. In simple terms: Nigeria may have lower prices, but Ghana often offers slightly stronger purchasing power and economic stability. @akwasibugati #akwasibugati
