@PBBus you really need to do something to make your ticket ordering process easier and faster, especially for people who ride the bus frequently. Should store customer info so tickets can be bought with a few clicks. Or let people buy five and 10 ride passes. C’mon, it’s 2024.

@_brianlundy Hi there! Woods Hole does run on Thanksgiving however each route has its own special schedule for that day. Please make sure you are looking at the correct schedule for your specific route.

@PBBus Arrived So Station at 4:15 for the (nonexistent) 4:50 bus. Tried to catch the 4:25 - didn’t arrive until 4:55 & filled up quickly. Waited for the 5:25 - didn’t arrive til 5:50 with only 9 avail seats! Now I’m first in line for the 6:25. 6:45 & no bus in sight! 🤬

@dhergs6 Hi there! Yes, that bus is still operating just behind schedule as all. The schedule boards at South Station are not controlled by P&B and change to the next trip as soon as the time passes the start time of the respective trip.

@brittlanglois Hi there! While we cannot estimate traffic patterns we would recommend you get to the airport no later than 6:00 PM. Take a bus earlier than you had previously planned.

@tomixi86 Hi there! Rush-hour bus trips are always affected by traffic. We recommend taking an earlier bus than originally planned due to the tunnel closure. We cannot provide an exact recommendation on what bus to take.

@PBBus Hi - do you have any more visibility (based on your experience today) on the impact of this on delays to get to the airport, esp on buses scheduled to arrive at 5-6pm at Logan airport from the cape? Thanks in advance
