We wrapped up my kid’s Little League game in Central Park this morning, started walking home, and Tom Hanks casually walks past us. New York City. Is. Crazy!

@realEstateTrent It’s insane, the laws have to change. Once you sign and give the contractor money, you work for THEM. The levels of incompetence are astonishing to go along with the lies around how long things take and cost

Yet another person I know is dealing with massive issues with the contractor building their house. Huge mistakes made, construction stopped, contractor blaming others, attorneys getting involved, and years of litigation ahead. It's a nightmare, and sadly all too common.

Yesterday, my six-year-old son had his first Little League game of the year. I absolutely kid you not when I say I think at least a third of the parents on the team truly believe their son will one day make the major leagues.
