@AshlarRough @ethical753 @Bates686 @OfAtandOn @24inch_gauge I want to visit lodges near to me (Uxbridge) but do not know anyone to introduced etc. I’m sure that by visiting other lodges we could increase our own visitors.

@PBL6686 @ethical753 @Bates686 @OfAtandOn @24inch_gauge The thing is, there are a lot of people out there wanting to join a 2nd Lodge, bring something new to the party, inject a bit of enthusiasm, it's just the finding them that's the difficult bit.. Once they come, others will follow

Brethren, I really need your advise. how can a lodge prevent apathy amongst its members and get them coming to meetings?

@johnnywizz182 @TechnicalLodge We have a well attended LOI. I am seriously starting to consider conducting return to work interviews (return to lodge) after absence.

@PBL6686 Try to encourage visiting. Also, try to avoid demonstration ceremonies. Lectures on Masonic related subjects or a presentation of the 1st degree TB can raise interest.

I install my best friend in the chair next week. Every office will be filled with Bro’s only. What a great position for the lodge going forward

In 2wks time I have the privilege of installing my best friend into the chair of KS. Whilst no longer will I influence the lodge as WM, I am certain I will be a strong positive influence to the new candidates coming into the lodge this year and really look forward to that.
