This afternoon, The King and Queen hosted a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace. Their Majesties were joined by The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. ☕️ Over the course of each year, over 30,000 guests are invited to attend a Garden Party, usually in recognition of public service, and are nominated by organisations including the Armed Forces, the NHS and a wide range of charities.

I left feeling inspired by Dr @AgamJung, who cared for Rob, and by the thought of creating a Rob Burrow Centre on our side of the Pennines. Kevin - expect a call from me in the New Year! Well done Leeds Hospitals Charity and the @mndassoc! 👏🏻

Wonderful to visit the new Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease in Leeds with Rob’s family. What a place and what a difference he and they will make for families coming after them. Thanks to everyone who donated and, of course, to the great Kevin Sinfield. 🙏🏻
