More of your tax dollars to Ukraine. None to Hurricane victims. They don’t care about you.

Action Step 4: Plan the next session as soon as you’re done with this one.  Date, time, and what you’re going to do during the session.

Time spent arguing about which exercises are best are really one of the more pointless topics in training/fitness Sure, specific exercises might be best for certain goals for certain people But most anything 'works' provided you give it the proper intensity and consistency

In my view, you have 2 choices: 1. Train joints + lifts super hard, and you’ll have great joints + great lifts 2. Train lifts super hard, and you’ll have great lifts + crappy joints Internal > external

The best behavior change advice I have - start smaller than you think Pretty soon the minor inconvenience you think won’t matter (5 minute walk, 5 minutes of spine work, getting up 5 minutes earlier) will become exactly the thing that gets you to your destination FAST

Sure, a 5 minute walk after dinner might not make massive changes in fat loss. And 2 minutes of spine work/day might not be enough to make long term gains. But you usually can’t get to where you want to go without doing something slightly inconvenient first (2/3)

Think of behavior change like an international flight. Unless you live right next to an Int’l airport, there’s going to be some layovers. You might even go in the wrong direction (layover in Charlotte - why?) But it’s simply setting you up for the quickest route possible (1/3)
