Today, PCIM&H celebrated its 7th Foundation Day. The occasion was graced by the Chief Guest, Dr. Raman Mohan Singh, Former Director, PCIM&H and Dr. Maneesha Upendra Kothekar, Chairperson, NCISM, as the Guest of Honour.

A superannuation farewell function was organized on 30th June, 2026 by the officials of the PCIM&H in honour of Dr. Raman Mohan Singh, Director and Mr. Anil Babu, Assistant, on the occasion of their retirement from service.

Dr. Raman Mohan Singh, Director, PCIM&H extended formal congratulations to Padmashree Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary, Ministry of Ayush, during a meeting held at the Secretary's office on 30 June 2026 to mark the recent extension of the official tenure of the Secretary.

On 29th June, PCIM&H organized a one-day workshop on "Pharmacological Evaluation of Herbal Drugs & Phytoconstituents: Role of In Silico, In Vitro Studies and Zebrafish Models."

Today,Prof. Dr. Y. K. Gupta, Former Head, Department of Pharmacology, AIIMS,New Delhi, along with Dr. V. Kalaiselvan, Secretary-cum-Scientific Director, IPC, Ghaziabad and Dr. Sayeed Ahmad, Director, Centre of Excellence in Unani Medicine, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi visited PCIM&H.

Inauguration of the Cafeteria at PCIM&H The cafeteria was formally inaugurated by Dr. Raman Mohan Singh, Director PCIM&H & Mr. Anil Babu, Assistant PCIM&H, both will superannuate on 30th June, 2026, at PCIM&H.

On the occasion of the 12th IDY, PCIM&H, organized a yoga session for the employees of PCIM&H and their family members at 6.00AM. Session was conducted by Yoga Instructor Mrs. Manisha. Around 120 participants enthusiastically took part in the session.

Today on 19.06.2026, 88 first year BHMS students along with 02 faculty members of Ahmedabad Homoeopathic Medical College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat visited PCIM&H. During the visit, officials of PCIM&H delivered technical lectures and conducted practical demonstrations .

Director, PCIM&H, MoA is representing the nation as an esteemed expert member at the 5th WHO Expert Meeting on the Development of the International Herbal Pharmacopoeia, being held in Hong Kong SAR, China, from 16-18 June 2026.

Today, On 12 June 2026, Dr. Raman Mohan Singh, Director,PCIM&H, delivered an insightful Expert Lecture at the National Seminar on "Reimagining Animal Health & Nutrition in India: Driving Ease of Doing Business, Innovation & Leadership."

Dr. Anupam Maurya, Scientific Officer (Chemistry), PCIM&H, delivered a Guest Lecture and Hands-on Training on “HPLC (Guest Lecture & Live Demonstration)” at the Central Instrumentation Laboratory (CIL), Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR), New Delhi.

A newly developed DNA fingerprinting laboratory was inaugurated by Dr Raman Mohan Singh, Director, Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine and Homeopathy on 11.06.2026.

Today, on 11-06-2026, 119 students along with 05 faculty members from Rajkot Homeopathic Medical College, Rajkot, Gujrat visited PCIM&H. During the visit, officials of PCIM&H delivered technical lectures and conducted practical demonstrations.

A newly established Pharmacology Laboratory was inaugurated by Director, PCIM&H on 11th June, 2026 . The inauguration ceremony was attended by all scientific, technical officers and staff members of the institute.

A newly developed Chemistry Instrumentation Laboratory was inaugurated by Director, PCIM&H, on 10 June 2026. The facility has been developed as an extension of the existing Chemistry Laboratory to strengthen the analytical and quality evaluation capabilities for ASU&H drugs.

On 5th June 2026 PCIM&H Observe World Environment Day themed "Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future," a program was held at PCIM&H. Mr. Ram Kumar Malik, Rtd. Dy. Director,Horticulture,CPWD was the chief guest of the program.

As per the directions of the MoA, PCIM&H proudly participated in pre-campaign activities for World Environment Day on03 June2026. During the event, Dr. Jayanthy A.,PSO(Phg),PCIM&H highlighted the importance of adopting healthy and sustainable lifestyles for individual well-being.

As per direction of Ministry of Ayush,PCIM&H is observing World No Tobacco Day on 03rd June,2026 with the theme “Unmasking the Appeal–Countering Nicotine and Tobacco Addiction”.Officials and staff of PCIM&H, took integrity pledge for “no to tobacco” at the Dhanvantari Auditorium.
