We're working with @NHS_NELCCG to understand effects of Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme on estates/digital infrastructure needs in NEL's health/care system. We hope to identify innovative uses of ARRS roles nationally & seek expert opinion about future opps. DM us to help.

Our pcn has identified this as a local community issue and want to work with organisations to enable access to nhs work experience. there are challenges but not insurmountable. @NHS_HealthEdEng @NHSBartsHealth @THCEPN
