@PDXjay @gaige1523 Why are the more recent comments closer to reality? In the above video he’s citing specific metrics with regards to how they ranked among the NBA’s 30 teams, specifically top 5 in new season ticket sales. All he offered to the city council were vague generalities. Why is that?

@PDXjay So Nashville which has one of the worst attendance records for the titans, KC which had similar issues and Raleigh which the owners would certainly block. That’s one realistic city (Austin) and they don’t even have a semblance of a basketball culture + bottom 5 in MLS attendance

Knowing Seattle and Vegas are completely off limits for relocation I’d absolutely love to see what city the Trail Blazers owner has thinks they could move to that would actually end with the franchise being more profitable (I don’t think that city exists lmao)

@M_O_X_I_E You can make the data say anything you want. For example, Portland has some of the highest property crime rates in the country among big cities. There may be growth, but it's very slow. Many companies have left. Portland is a disaster in many ways. Very sad.

@brissle Let's see, I've been to more than 1,000 Blazers home games since 1999. Was at every Fire home game in their first iteration. They have two sellouts this season aside from opening night, both against Caitlin Clark and the Fever. But yes, I'm sure they're great fun. Enjoy!
