Dr. Morrison - Islanders should only leave the house if essential - government is doing the same - asking businesses to do the same. Limiting to essential only.

Remaining open - food banks, pharmacies (will be able to do some prescribing to alleviate the strain on the health system).

Closing - hairdressers, nail salons, malls, fitness and gym facilities - liquor and cannabis stores (effective tomorrow at 2:00 pm)
