#EMRUpdate Notts County football club have made it through to the League Two play off final at Wembley Stadium in London. As a result we expect our services travelling in and out of London to be extremely busy with large amounts of travelling supporters on Monday 25th May.

@EastMidRailway Thanks for the reply. Are you able to tell me which morning train from London to Nottingham, will be the one that will be the 10:12 from Nottingham? I’m thinking of getting on that LON-NOTT train at Beeston, so I can stay on it for the trip to London? Catch my drift? 🙃

I went to this game. My main memory from the game (other than the @Official_NCFC win) was the scary @WestHam fan stood 20 yds away (away fans shared the stand behind the goal with home fans), staring at me doing the throat slit action… good times 😭 #notts

Following conversations with the EFL and Wembley Stadium, we’re pleased to confirm that several blocks of cheaper seating will be opened on Level 5 – and that our ticket sales deadline has been extended until 2pm on Sunday. By lunchtime tomorrow (Friday 22 May), approximately 5,000 seats in blocks 547-552 will be released at a mixture of Category 5 and 6 pricing (adults from £27, concessions from £13.50), ensuring supporters have alternative options to those currently available on Level 2. To allow as many people as possible to take advantage of this, we have pushed our sales deadline back from 5pm on Friday to 2pm on Sunday. All sales after 5pm on Friday will be online only and there will be no sales on matchday.

This was quite the day of football. I was at Maine Rd with pal Stephen A (City fan) quite the game. Went with Leics fans’ coach. The new £1 coin came out 2 days prior and I had been paid in them for my paper round. Massive inquest on bus when I tried to pay - were they real?!
