SDC has commenced work on @CokethorpeSch new changing pavilion. The finished building will provide changing facilities for 220 pupils, set out for opposing sports teams, and a departmental office/medical room. External works comprise a green roof, and hard and soft landscaping.

Barns 4 and 5 at NIAB Park Farm are now complete. The barns offer state-of-the-art technical facilities for agricultural start-ups. Barn 4 houses research and laboratory space and open-plan offices, whilst Barn 5 provides storage space.

The first phase of the Central Spaces project at @Catz_Cambridge, the McGrath Staircase, has been handed over. The works comprised the reconfiguration of a staircase and the addition of an accessible ramp to provide better connectivity between student rooms and the bar area.
