Love Pompey, hate VAR. Thankfully they never cross paths.

@solentsport @mrandrewmoon @guywhittingham I said on X before the match Mousinho had guessed that line up! He needs to be asked why Adams was played in the 19 & Swift as a 6. I know some fans won't agree but Ali & Brown starting in place of Bishop of Caballero ridiculous

@CanadaP14 Mine are: Injuries 60% Eisners 20% Mousinho 20% Which begs the question who or what is responsible for the injuries. #pompey

This rumour is incorrect. Mark Catlin isn't currently taking any salary or expenses from #Pompey
Dean Maskell@deanmaskell

@mrandrewmoon Andrew is it true Catlin still on the Pompey payroll for £50k a year. I saw a rumour on X this is the case. Terrible if true

@PompeyTdog Barely seen Shaughnessy, Lang & Murphy. Up there with our three best players. Had an injury crisis for the majority of the season. Don’t consider the impact that has had then.

How many key injuries? Maybe 2? Murphy and Connor , we realised most of these weren't good enough, or weren't returning from injury this season and in January and we did nothing. That's on your founding fathers. Injuries to players like Blair Matthews farrell all of them meant nothing because we knew they wasn't good enough last year.

@PompeyTdog ‘Enabled the owners’ shut up you mug 🤣 Below is the team we were looking at. How many key injuries have we had in that? The star signing was Chaplin. How did that work out? I’m still not Eisners out but certainly feel there was a lot more we could / should have done in Jan.

Far from it. You've enabled the owners behavior for far too long. Yours and others pure delusion is a contributing factor to the position we're in. Those that spoke out you tried to silence. The reason why this season has gone the way it has is because of diabolical backing from your gods, but you'll never admit it, which is okay, you'll get what you wanted. League one football. You won.

A friendly reminder that under Joe Prodomo’s guidance, we were an incredibly dangerous and pretty defensively solid set-piece side So what do we do this year? Take the responsibility away from him and give it to Michael Doyle, for seemingly no reason at all?
Jordan Cross@pn_jordan_cross

Pompey’s set-piece incompetence kills them again for only goal. Blues dominant in terms of possession and shots, but not enough again in terms of clearcut chances again. Agyemang a major threat.

@LukeEllisPUP Their team is shite. They’re bumbling their way to wins. The complete opposite to what we’re doing unfortunately

Bloody impressive this from Oxford. Looking like 4 wins on the spin. Invested in January and reaping rewards from it! Will deserve to stay up if they keep on like this #oufc

Mousinho is the problem though right guys! Imagine if he actually had proper resources. The Eisners have blood on their hands. Promotion wasn’t meant to happen. We were just father and son’s little bonding toy in League One. Now expectations are higher, they want us down #pompey
Kieran Maguire@KieranMaguire

If rumours of a £7m wage cap for Sheffield Wednesday in League One are true, these are comparable wages from that division in 2023/24. Not all clubs published wage data as some use a loophole to avoid disclosure.
