Glasgow Central High Level is now open for business today with a limited ScotRail service following recent fire-related disruptions. Platforms seven to fifteen on the west side of the station will be in use starting from the beginning of service today. ScotRail Chief Operating Officer, David Ross, updates on the closure of Glasgow Central Station. ℹ️ The station will remain closed today, with disruption expected to last for several days. ⬇️Although low level services remain closed, train services can pass through the station with passengers able to board and depart at Anderston and Argyle Street stations. ⬆️High level services in and out of the station remain closed at this time. Thinking of the literally hundreds of times I've glanced at that clock crossing the street heading for the train - on my way back from uni, student jobs, Parliament or a night out. Perhaps I will linger a little longer now.
