Good morning everyone, First of all, we want to thank all of you for the incredible support you’ve been giving us during this situation. It truly means more than words can describe. Right after our collection was removed, our @opensea profile was also taken down, which means we currently have no access there at all. From everything we’ve seen so far, it looks like this was a coordinated attack. Multiple people were mass reporting our collection while pretending to be developers and opening fake support tickets against us. Honestly, writing this hurts more than we can explain. We feel completely devastated right now. I’ve already opened three support tickets with OpenSea and we are waiting for answers, because what happened is not fair first of all to our holders, and then to us as the team. It’s difficult to even find the right words for the damage that has been done. We still believe and hope that @opensea will understand the situation and help resolve these issues as soon as possible. So I finally got the response regarding the project @PFPonETH getting delisted from Opensea. Adam said there is a reason which cannot be revealed publicly for delisting the collection and no mistake was made by @opensea So I will respect the decision and forget about it.

@HollanderAdam @0xKnownxd @opensea If there is issue with team or me as founder behind answer on my ticket what is that reason and after that relist PFPs collection back I am ready to send ownership to 0x00000000000dead and set royalties to 0 so community get what they want PFPs and art!

our trust and safety team has looked into this deeply - and while i can’t speak publicly about the details, can simply say there appears to be good reason for this account to not be reinstated. the project itself can engage with support directly. but this isn’t a matter of negligence or a mistake being made. opensea is always looking out for community best interests. that’s all i can share on the matter in this particular case.

I am really disappointed by @opensea @HollanderAdam today. We asked them to list @PFPonETH back 15 hours back, still no response from the team regarding this. - People have literally bought secondary for the collection, after the collection got sold out and you guys suddenly delist the collection telling it broke your guidelines. - So we need some answers about what laws the collection broke. - You guys literally destroy the momentum, the collection was having and rugged all the buyers who bought on the secondary.

We can’t believe that platform like Opensea did not give us answer why delist and account suspended happened. They are making bunch of money on fees daily. We opened 1 support ticket where we asked to reason and where we are asking them to list PFPs back. Yesterday some members decide to report collection and after that they opening tickets and pretend as PFPs founder…
