At it again. This is Mexican style chilli ground beef and capsicum baked with frozen mozzarella balls inside. Both base and top are puff pastry. I made the filling two days before the pie. Serves 4. Glorious. ( My mum was a caterer, apple doesn’t fall far from the tree etc)
