This is emotional propaganda. Undocumented immigrants in Massachusetts get very limited state coverage — mostly emergency care, kids under 21, and pregnant women. Not “full benefits” or “free healthcare whenever they want.” U.S. citizens have far broader access through Medicaid, Medicare, ACA subsidies, etc. Blaming immigrants for high costs and unaffordable care ignores the real drivers: corporate greed, insurance profiteering, and decades of policy failures. This “lock up the politicians” rant is just misdirected rage.
