40 years ago, after a resolute, successful campaign get their land, traditional owners at Uluru showed incredible generosity by leasing the land to all Australians enabling the creation of Uluru/Kata Tjuṯa National Park. Our shows out there were amongst the most meaningful ever.

Today at Jabiluka with Traditional Owner Yvonne Margarula & family, on their first “legal” return to country in 40+ years. Soon this land will join Kakadu NP after one of the most important land rights & conservation struggles in modern Australia. A really important day.

This is frightful & demands real action - it’s not just another news item. There are no excuses for government not to act, with tough pollution targets, no gas, fracking or export approvals. Time to reframe a whole of government response now. #climateriskassessment
