While our financials have been submitted to OTCIQ, we have not yet completed the filing process with EDGAR, which is required for us to regain current status and return to a more accessible tier. #PHIL - Dear Valued Shareholders, we need to give you an update on the closing status of the financing packages we have mentioned recently so that everybody is on the same page even though funds are not in our accounts yet at this time. FYI: the transaction that was submitted on December 27 with value date of 1/2/25 is now rescheduled to be effected on 1/7/25 and the two other imminent ones are also rescheduled, one for 1/8/25 and one later on, all due to additional documentation requirements. #PHIL Dear Valued Shareholders, we are still waiting for the posting of the first investment fund financing package that was effected on December 27 with value date of 1/2/25. We will provide updates on this transaction and the other imminent two with 8-K filings and conference calls as soon as funds are reflected in our accounts. The closings of these transactions will immediately change our company's fortunes and allow us to complete the rest of the packages rapidly.
