Basically a lock now that Game 1 of the Flyers–Hurricanes will start on Saturday. Now with the Nuggets losing, the real question is if Game 1 of the Wild–Avalanche will also be on Saturday. Should find out shortly.

@caniacally As a Flyers fan I feel like this round is more of house money than the first round. I Don’t expect us to win this round. But a hot goalie can do wonders in the playoffs and Vladar and Anderson are certainly among the best right now.

How long this series goes depends on two things, I think: 1. Can Philly handle having expectations? It’s not house money now the same way it was. Pressure ramps as you go deeper. 2. Can the Canes show up full throttle from puck drop in game 1? It’s been a problem in the past.
