Na WAF, Ngorongoro Wananchi wa Wilaya ya Ngorongoro wametakiwa kujitokeza kwa wingi katika hamasa na elimu inayotolewa kupitia kampeni ya mtu ni Afya ili kujifunza na kuzingatia elimu itakayotolewa pamoja na kuhakikisha wanatekeleza kwa vitendo mafunzo hayo. Hayo yamesemwa na Mkuu wa Wilaya ya Ngorongoro Mhe. Kanali Wilson Sakulo Februari 24, 2025 wakati wa timu ya Wizara ya Afya kupitia kampeni ya Mtu ni Afya ilipofika ofisi kwake kujitambulisha wakiambatana na balozi wa kampeni hiyo Mrisho Mpoto pamoja na Mzabuni, Project Clear. Kanali Sakulo amesema wilaya ya Ngorongoro bado ina changamoto katika ujenzi na matumizi ya vyoo bora kutokana na mila potofu na tamaduni za jamii hiyo, hivyo kuja kwa kampeni ya Mtu ni Afya katika wilaya hiyo kutasaidia kuongeza nguvu katika kutoa elimu na hamasa kwa wananchi. “Watu wanatamaduni kuwa hawawezi kuchanganya kinyesi cha baba na mtoto sasa jambo hili linaturudisha nyuma kweli kweli hivyo kama mtanisaidia kutoa elimu juu ya matumizi na ujenzi wa vyoo bora ni faraja kwangu," amesema Kanali Sakulo. Ametoa rai kwa wananchi kujitokeza kwa wingi kwenye mikutano ya hadhara itakaofanyika ili kupata elimu hiyo muhimu na kuizingatia Kwa upande wa suala la lishe, Kanali Sakulo amesema wilaya yake inafanya vizuri katika masuala ya lishe kwani imejipanga vizuri kwa kushirikisha jamii kuanzia ngazi za chini lengo likiwa ni kuhakikisha inatekeleza makubaliano ya wakuu wa mikoa na Mheshimiwa Rais Dkt. Samia Suluhu Hassan kuhusu suala hilo . Naye Kaimu Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa Halmashauri ya Ngorongoro Bw. Thomas Nade amesema kampeni ya Mtu ni Afya ni nzuri na Afua zake zote tisa zinagusa moja kwa moja maisha ya binadamu ya kila siku, hivyo ameahidi kuwa halmashauri hiyo itatekeleza kwa umakini ajenda hizo ili kuleta mabadiliko makubwa kwa jamii yetu. “Tunaahidi kwa Taasisi zote zinazosimamiwa na Halmashauri ujumbe huu tutausimamia kwa kuhakikisha unatekelezwa kwa kila idara itakayopewa afua yake pamoja na kujua mwenendo wa afua hizo na asilimia zake,” amesema Bw. Nade. Aidha, Bw. Nade ameongeza kuwa lengo la kampeni hii katika halmashauri ya Ngorongoro ni kubadilisha mitazamo ya jamii na kujua mambo haya yote yanalenga kuboresha masuala ya Afya na mazingira kwa ujumla.
