Two things that would help college recruiting: 1️⃣No scholarship offers prior to Jan 1 of junior year. 👉 Less pressure to offer immediately 2️⃣Require schools to publish offers to a public database. Must officially remove offer if it no longer stands. 👉 Increased transparency
