We have inspected the additional infrastructure here. This project is a vision of PM Narendra Modi, he envisions an airport as well as a greenfield smart city, where there would be a manufacturing hub, under this, many works are being done. If there would be a great connectivity, this city can become a world-class city... 1551 crores would be spent, 80 pc of the work has been done. Runway, a parallel taxiway has been made. The capacity will be of 20 lakh passengers annually... We are also making a cargo terminal... It is also complete... It can also be a second airport for Ahmedabad... There would also be a rail connectivity, a multi-modal connectivity will be there... We want to complete the project in next three months, we also want the DGCA license for the airport, hence we did a review..." #DholeraAirport

In a high-level meeting with senior officials from MoCA, AAI and State Government; the discussions focused on accelerating progress of the Warangal (Mamnoor) and Adilabad airport projects. Beyond passenger travel, Warangal will be developed into an integrated aviation ecosystem featuring MRO, Cargo & FTO facilities.
