That said, Illuminate assumes infrastructure that we don’t yet have at scale: • Large creator density • Consistent streaming volume • Brand readiness for new ad-tech models • Technical systems to run real-time overlays and billing reliably

Project Illuminate is genuinely interesting. The CPS model and scalable prize pool concept are innovative, especially for a region like South Africa that struggles with sponsor continuity. [thread]
