More wows tonight. Guest whose husband is in hospital accidently booked their room for June. Re booked them for tonight and popped some choccies and biscuits in their room whilst they were out to dinner with a card.

Guest jokes that she prefers prosecco to tea or coffee when offered extras on check in, so I magically pull out a bottle of Cava from the Wow drawer. Never seen a smile so big!
