Cheap Picks – Edition #3 Welcome everyone to the third edition of “Cheap Picks.” A series where I give you 3 picks for the next tournament, all under 0.025. So far, we’ve hit at least one player in every edition (first Burkardt, then a first place for Carreras), so let’s try to make it 3 in a row. Without further ado, here are my Cheap Picks: 1 - Leverkusen Defense – Tapsoba / Flekken / Quansah – 0.0155 to 0.0199 Yes, I’m cheating. Sometimes we cheat; it’s part of life. Look, I know someone in the Leverkusen defense will hit; I just don’t know who. They face Heidenheim, the last-place team in the Bundesliga, and they just don’t know how to score goals. 2 - Neuer – 0.0233 I get it, Neuer is old af, but he shouldn’t be this cheap. He scores very well for a GK in such a dominant team like Bayern. They’ll face a middle-of-the-road team in Union Berlin with a good chance for a clean sheet. If Neuer makes one or two saves, he’s easily top 3. 3 - Stiller – 0.0196 Stuttgart faces Augsburg, the worst defensive team in the Bundesliga, so there’s a chance Stiller gets a sneaky assist or goal. Good to remember that all players on this list have rotation risk — but then again, most FDF players do anyway. All Bundesliga players this time seems like they all have pretty easy fixtures this tournament. Let’s see if Germany gives us a third consecutive successful Cheap Picks segment
