@CirclesLifeSG Initiated port out on 29-Apr, which seems to officialise on 1 or 2-May. Yet Circles just charged me the full May plan. When you guys have alr locked me out . So I am made to pay for a full month service which I am not allowed to use. SCAM - fix it! This is very sad

@PKY_07 All the seats are classed as airline style seats, as previously mentioned facing seats are not guaranteed, however you may able to change your seats if better seats are available on the train ^PB

Hello @EastMidRailway! I have gotten the 1st class tickets from Belper to Heathrow, and had seats assigned for my Derby to Heathrow leg. Would it be possible to change the seating, and how would be the best way to do it? Thanks and much appreciated!

@EastMidRailway Thanks for the prompt reply! Just want to confirm - I likely have facing seats now (based on the seat map I saw online). But enquiring if changing to "airline style" is possible? Understand if it is not possible, but just checking.

@EastMidRailway Would ideally prefer it to be forward facing for both my partner and I. Currently, I am assigned seats which I believe is facing each other.
