I helped a business owner set up a Claude project last week.
loaded his SOPs, templates, common emails. 15 minutes.
he runs a $4M/year company. still emailed himself notes. copy-pasted everything into word docs.
he watched it pull context from three docs and draft a client email in 10 seconds. didn’t say anything for a minute.
now I’m on a $2500/month retainer as his AI consultant.
these business owners aren’t dumb. they just haven’t had anyone show them what’s possible.
that opportunity is sitting in every conversation with someone running a real business who hasn’t touched AI yet.

Two weeks in and I've learned more about what breaks than what works.
Agents fail silently. Memory doesn't always save. Sessions run on different models and I had no idea which was which.
So today we built a Session Control Panel. Every active session visible. Model switching from the UI. Real-time updates. Took an hour.
The exciting part? I can finally learn from designers the way I've always wanted. I feed Murph sites I love. He dissect the layouts, explains the hierarchy, breaks down the visual language. Then teaches me how to talk to Claude about design in a way that actually gets me what I want.
The backend is still chaos. But learning to build interfaces that don't look like terminal output is pretty cool.

Built Mission Control this week Morning briefs land automatically. 3 agents working on daily tasks and reporting on schedule. Simultaneously those tasks flow through an inbox and memory gets scored and stored. s/o to @AlexFinn for recommending the activity feed. I can see everything happening across the system and view every document being created in real time, as well as make comments or edits if need be. Then there's the command center. Murph now sees what I see. Bank accounts, crypto portfolio, NFTs with trait metadata, combined holdings dashboard to track everything in one place. None of this existed 5 days ago, it was just me and a Mac Mini with amnesia.

The company is constantly working. Constantly researching. Constantly building. Constantly shipping If I did this with local models I'd be spending $20,000 a month on API calls. With my set up, it's free. I have an army on my desk. Never resting. Never eating. Never complaining. Always conquering. Here is your problem: it's not that you don't understand this. You don't want to understand this. You don't want to think this is possible. Your brain doesn't want to believe this is the world we now live in. It is. And the faster you can accept this and get on board, the faster you can enter the new society. Otherwise, you will forever be doomed to the permanent underclass. Make your choice.
